Today is a good day to be grateful for your health. Whatever the state of your health, be thankful for at least one thing. Repeat the grateful thought over and over in your mind. Allow the unhealthy thoughts to fall away. Stay focused on the positive aspect of your health.
Now that you have opened your mind with this affirmative activity, new ideas may begin to present themselves. Be willing to expand your thought with the goodness coming in. Continue repeating the grateful thoughts until you can feel the gratitude in your heartcenter. Then let that feeling radiate outwards through your body.
This exercise in gratitude can last 30 seconds or 30 minutes. You choose how much time and energy to devote to it. You can do it throughout the day in mini-bursts of gratitude!
