It is a good day for introspection. Take time to look inside yourself at least once a day to examine a belief you have. Use an uncomfortable moment from the day to bring awareness to a feeling you experienced. What thought made you feel that way?
Go deep inside to challenge yourself to see if the belief behind that thought still works for you. Or if the feeling the thought generated is useful. If not, choose to let it go – it no longer serves you. If it does work, perhaps it made you feel uncomfortable because you are expanding your belief system to include some new ideas that require growth on your part. Either way you are benefitting from the awareness you are bringing to your experience.
Embrace uncomfortable moments; they give you food for thought.
