Be kind. Be gentle to yourself. Be compassionate towards others, you have no idea what they are experiencing. Your thoughts are more powerful than you can imagine. Monitor them carefully. Your thoughts create your reality. Take responsibility for what happens in your head. Think for yourself so that you may manifest the reality you desire.
